Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr This merchandising & stocking associate role involves keeping shelves neat and organized so members can find what they need. Responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The role can be physically demanding and fast-paced depending on the shift. This position is part of a team focused on helping members find more of what they love, for less. Responsibilities
Promptly unloading trucks Assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store Sorting and stocking products on shelves and in the backroom Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Ensuring club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy Providing member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide to self-service technology, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues Maintaining safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials per policy, report unsafe conditions Maintaining merchandise presentation: zone areas, stock and organize merchandise, set up displays, price items, identify shrink and damages, safeguard fragile/high-shrink items Monitoring product quality: rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and display of promotional/seasonal items Complying with company policies and ethics; applying Open Door Policy in business processes Completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and coworkers; prioritizing tasks and deadlines; communicating progress Benefits and Compensation
