The Human Resources Coordinator manages administrative HR processes and ensures smooth execution of HR programs and policies. They serve as a key point of contact for employees and assist with onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking and employee engagement initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining organized HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1‑2 years of HR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with benefits, including enrollment, changes and employee communications.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and processing background checks.
Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and company events; become an active and reliable member of committees.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
Support the Museum leadership team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Nurture a positive working environment for all employees.
Location: Las Vegas, NV. Salary: $55,000.00 ‑ $65,000.00.
