Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician Company: Tributer Resort/Reef Location: Mineral, VA Compensation: $22-$28/hour Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Work Authorization: Not specified Job Summary
Reef is seeking a customer service oriented, motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk IT Technician to join our team based at our Tributer Resort development in Mineral, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Office 365, proven experience managing internal IT systems, and a desire to learn and grow in scripting and automation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while providing top-tier support to end users. Key Responsibilities
Ticket Management: Triage, resolve, and escalate support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring KPIs are met, across both Windows and Mac OS environments. User Management: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including purchasing and setting up hardware, configuring necessary software, syncing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and managing security badge setups. Software & Admin Control: Administer various software platforms ensuring proper security, functionality, and availability. Perform regular audits to reduce unnecessary software costs and maintain accurate licensing records. Hardware & Equipment Management: Configure and maintain IT-related equipment for in-office and remote employees, ensuring proper functionality and cost-efficiency. Training & Documentation: Provide training on unfamiliar software or hardware, ensuring staff are equipped to use company systems effectively. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in IT processes, with the opportunity to learn and apply scripting for automating tasks. Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration. Experience managing internal IT infrastructure and supporting both remote and in-office employees. Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments. Strong understanding of AAD Endpoint Management, Intune, and Apple Business Manager. Desire to learn and implement scripting and automation for process improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST. Hands-on experience with tools like Endpoint Protection, Azure Active Directory, Salesforce, Adobe, JIRA, and others. PowerShell knowledge is a plus. Company Benefits (Full-time Employees)
