This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs Execute responsibilities to support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits
