Social Media Marketing Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Local Candidates Only) – Full-Time

Position Overview We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytics-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads. The right person will help drive event visibility, vendor onboarding, and family participation while representing our mission of inclusion.
This position requires involvement during expo events for on-site digital coverage, photo/video capture, and coordination with partners. Occasional travel is required only to CHILL Act Expo event locations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Design and publish reels, stories, carousels & LinkedIn posts
Manage tagging, DMs, and community engagement workflows
Conduct paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok Ads)
Support professional outreach for sponsors, exhibitors & providers
Provide live media coverage during Expo events
Track analytics, prepare monthly reporting & growth insights
Coordinate with design, event, and operations teams
Ideal Candidate
Must reside in Utah (Salt Lake City or nearby)
3–6 years in social media or digital marketing roles
Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills
Skilled in both B2B (providers) and B2C (families) marketing
Experience with platform tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics / Eventbrite marketing tools
Bonus: Experience in family events, nonprofits, therapy, or education sectors
