to join its Mass Tort Practice Group
in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment handling complex litigation matters for a diverse client base. Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners and associates on all phases of mass tort litigation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents. Manage discovery, including document review and depositions. Interact directly with clients and co-counsel. Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus. 2–5 years of litigation experience (mass tort, products liability, or complex litigation preferred). Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused practice. Why This Opportunity
