Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines; environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Carries out responsibilities such as supporting facility security staff and monitoring/maintaining access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes and emergency evacuation plans. Responsibilities include addressing health and safety hazards, implementing relevant guidelines, auditing safety and food safety, creating audit reports, and acting as an interface for workers compensation issues. Partnership Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and management effectiveness. Responsibilities include owning project activity, supporting process updates, solving simple business issues, and applying knowledge of the supported business unit. Data and Digital Literacy: Knowledge of data collection, digital applications and data governance. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, analyzing and reporting, using technology for transactional activities, reviewing data for completeness, and suggesting automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting instructors, soliciting feedback, leveraging training lifecycles, maintaining repositories of best practices, and explaining processes to contractors. Influential Communication: Knowledge of verbal/nonverbal communication, channels, and relationship building. Responsibilities include organizing and conveying information credibly, presenting to team members and partners, utilizing data to support recommendations, listening actively, and building a professional network. Process Improvement: Knowledge of process improvement strategies and key processes. Responsibilities include identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, participating in investigations, and leading root cause analyses under supervision. Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Responsibilities include awareness of regulatory requirements, applying Walmart environmental policies, contributing to targets, and promoting environmental issues. Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes, SOPs and OBW. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions, clarifying department roles, reading SOPs/OBWs, and identifying core tasks across operations. Additional expectations: complies with company policies, completes assignments with priorities and deadlines, communicates progress, and adapts to change.
