About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
to join our IT Security team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about safeguarding systems and data while enabling efficient and secure user access. You’ll play a key role in supporting major implementations of both Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver secure, scalable solutions. What You’ll Do
Support the implementation and ongoing management of a new
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
tool and
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
platform. Collaborate with managed service providers and internal teams to configure systems and coordinate any required hardware. Manage and resolve
30–50 ServiceNow tickets daily
related to user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, access removal, and incident resolution. Ensure access requests and terminations are handled promptly and in compliance with internal security policies. Maintain accurate user lifecycle management processes and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM and IT service management processes. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in
Access Management
and
Identity Management . Hands-on experience supporting a
PAM tool implementation . Experience working with an
IGA tool
(Identity Governance & Administration). Strong understanding of
user lifecycle management . Proficiency with
IT Service Management
platforms, particularly
ServiceNow . Familiarity with
Active Directory
and related administrative functions. Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with
PAM solutions
such as
CyberArk
or other leading platforms. Experience with
IGA tools
like
Saviynt ,
SailPoint , or equivalent technologies. Knowledge of
regulatory and compliance frameworks
(SOX, NERC, PCI, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments. Why Join Us
