In agile and scrum management at PwC, you will focus on implementing and optimising agile methodologies and scrum frameworks to drive efficient project delivery and collaboration. You will be coaching teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and enabling continuous improvement in project management practices. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
Lead teams and manage client accounts
Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
Assure project success and maintain rigorous standards
Enhance leadership style and motivate team members
Develop and inspire others to deliver quality
Help teams self-organize and deliver using Agile practices
Enforce standards and practices of the Scrum process
Coordinate with other teams and communicate status to management
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
4 years of experience in managing Agile delivery teams and execution using Agile methodology like Scrum and Kanban
2 years of Scrum Master experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe 5 Practitioner (SP), SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Scrum Master (CSM)
Supporting Agile methodologies and Agile management tools
Demonstrating knowledge of various methodologies: Lean, Kanban, Scrum/XP
Demonstrating proficiency in Scrum including the benefits and principles
Acting as Scrum Master for one or multiple teams
Facilitating Scrum-related rituals and ceremonies
Collecting metrics to provide teams with relevant feedback
Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
