Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company's products and services. Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes and procedures. Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches to ensure issues are resolved according to company guidelines; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize and maintain the sales floor through merchandising and documentation in accordance with company policies. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Ensure merchandise presentation and sales floor maintenance, including handling claims and returns, zoning, stocking, organizing displays, and pricing according to company policies. Monitor product quality, rotation, dates, recalls, and sanitation standards; manage merchandising across department areas and maintain cleanliness. Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders; ensure products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures. Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; analyze information and identify improvement opportunities. Demonstrate and support compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity; guide teammates in applying these practices in business processes. Lead and participate in teams by coordinating work, assessing customer needs and business priorities, and ensuring timelines and quality are achieved; model adaptability to change. Benefits
