Leap Autism Therapy is dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic services and improving the lives of individuals with autism.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Leap Autism Therapy. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, and supervising RBTs. The role also includes providing parent education and training, tracking progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Duncanville, TX, with occasional opportunities for remote work from home.
Qualifications
Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Knowledge in Psychology related to behavior and development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in working with individuals with autism or related conditions is preferred
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
BCBA certification is required
Salary: $82k-110k
Medical, dental, and vision available
Continuing education reimbursement available; up to 15 days PTO including paid holidays and vacations
All center-based; no mileage or travel necessary
Up to 5 work-from-home days a month
