The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development, and other departments as needed. This position combines creative design with hands-on marketing coordination to help implement and execute the firm’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and adaptable and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Strong sense of design with attention to typography, layout, color, and composition.
Strong visual problem-solving skills with an eye for balance, hierarchy, and brand consistency across multiple formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Apply constructive thinking and comprehension to interpret feedback, refine design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and emerging technologies (including AI).
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, brochures, project sheets, social media graphics, invitations, and other materials, while coordinating RFP/RFQ pursuit materials.
Create and post social media content that reflects the firm’s brand and strategic goals on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Manage and update website content and digital marketing assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the firm’s expertise.
Present creative ideas and design concepts clearly and confidently, while accepting and applying constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
Support company events, trade shows, and sponsorships through branded collateral and promotional materials, and attend events when required.
Coordinate photography for project documentation and final project photography.
Coordinate project job signage and other branded materials for client and construction site visibility.
Work with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
