Your Mission: Take full ownership of the cabinet sales process. That means managing complex builder relationships, navigating options and constraints, and making sure customers get what they want — when they need it — without excuses. You’ll be the face of Wisenbaker in the field, and the reason builders come back again and again.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Own the entire cabinet sales cycle from first spec to final punch — no micromanaging, no handholding

Manage relationships with production builders, designers, and construction teams — you’re their go-to expert

Translate builder plans into cabinet packages that balance design, price, and install feasibility

Guide buyers through selections at design appointments — you know how to close without being pushy

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field teams to ensure accurate delivery and install

Monitor job progress, resolve field issues quickly, and keep everyone aligned

Stay sharp on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and design trends

Qualifications & Required Skills

Seasoned Sales Pro – 3–5+ years driving results in builder sales, cabinets, or construction supply

Cabinetry Expert – Deep product knowledge, layout mastery, and install know-how

Blueprint & People Fluent – Reads plans like a pro, speaks builder/designer/super/homeowner fluently

Tech-Forward & Bonus-Ready – Skilled in CRMs and takeoff tools; bilingual or builder-side experience a big plus
