Four-Day Workweek: Travel Monday–Thursday to meet with farmers and small business owners, then enjoy your weekends off. Uncapped Earning Potential: This is a commission-based role, and many of our new reps earn $75,000 or more in their first year, with top performers exceeding $100,000.
