Position Summary: The role involves maintaining and processing shipments, receiving merchandise, organizing the Receiving area, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. The hourly wage range is $18.00 - $25.00, with potential additional compensation. Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr What you'll do
Maintain and process shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures by developing and posting delivery schedules. Compile and organize receiving reports; verify merchandise counts; route merchandise to proper locations; and process expenses. Receive merchandise for the Facility and organize the Receiving area following Company procedures using appropriate equipment. Merchandise appropriately and complete required documentation. Track and process claims by returning damaged goods; handle liquidation merchandise; maintain and clean the clearance area; and use technology to capture required reporting and documentation. Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; and ensure proper forklift spotting procedures. Follow procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials per company standards; report unsafe situations to facility management. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and suggest improvements.
