As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event sales, from initial inquiries to contract negotiations and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process for events from inquiry through to closing contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for various events.
Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive event attendance.
Prepare event proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for event sales.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event sales or coordination.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
