SUMMARY :
Responsible for handling audit fills and reconciliations, and slot drop pick-up, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.

Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as company policies, procedures and controls.
Ensures the integrity of all count transactions.
Assists in table games drops, counting money, and reconciling gaming revenue.
Handle the slot drop pick-up, counting, and transferring the money to main bank.
Replacing cash cans in the machines during slot drop process.
Identify immediately empty and full cash cans, always be alert at all processes as mentioned before and have visual on them. (Rotation)
Use of sensitive keys at all times during slot drop, table games count, and bill validator count (soft count).
Opening and closing cash cans doors and slot machines as well.
Assists in reconciliation of the slot drops.
Prepares various reports, including stiff sheets, transfer sheets, reconciles all totals to the Master Summary; forwards all information to appropriate individual(s).
Maintains all records, reports and other required paperwork in the Department.
Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve count disputes/ variances
Operates and cleans the equipment in the Count Room, and performs minor repairs and maintenance, as needed.
Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve disputes.
Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or (GED) required. Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills required. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations.
