Key Responsibilities:
Lead Global Launch Initiatives:
Oversee coordinated global launch planning, ensuring alignment across Research & Development, medical affairs, market access, and regional teams. Prepare key markets with customized strategies, tools, and engagement plans to ensure exceptional pre-launch performance.
Develop Global Congress and KOL Strategies:
Create and execute an impactful congress strategy to boost our scientific presence and enhance brand visibility. Establish a strong KOL engagement plan in partnership with medical affairs to shape insights and maintain consistent messaging.
Strategic Asset Development:
Collaborate on target product profiles and prioritization with commercial viability in mind. Co-lead the product development committee with R&D to optimize lifecycle strategies from pre-launch to post-market extensions.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the strategic link among global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Conduct regular Launch Readiness Reviews with regions to drive alignment.
Manage Budgets and Resources:
Oversee global marketing budgets for assigned assets, ensuring that investments yield optimal returns.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with strong expertise in launch strategy and planning at a global level.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams through advanced development and successful global commercialization.
In-depth knowledge of congress planning, KOL strategies, and market readiness frameworks.
Ability to think strategically, develop compelling business cases, and influence stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the fields of Nephrology, Immunology, or autoimmune therapies is highly preferred.
An undergraduate degree in marketing, science, or business is required; advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD) are strongly favored.
Position is remote, but candidates should be able to attend critical meetings in Princeton, NJ.
Willingness to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
