Warehouse Professional , you are a vital part of our team, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. You directly impact our ability to meet customer demands by accurately managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is essential to the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Manages inventory levels through regular counts and reconciliation with warehouse management systems. Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Executes order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Handles shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Adheres to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Supports logistics operations by preparing shipments and coordinating with carriers. Conducts quality control checks to ensure the integrity of products and materials. Utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports. Engages in material handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing items within the warehouse. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. Experience operating a forklift is preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in forklift operation. Experience with specific WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Physical Requirements/Work Conditions: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
