In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative tax-related initiatives, aiming to enhance the value of our advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of tax-optimized investment philosophies and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies. You will spearhead product and platform development focused on cutting-edge tax management capabilities, playing an instrumental role in enabling advisors to deliver a world-class investment experience. Your strategic and thought leadership, coupled with exceptional communication skills, will position you as a key spokesperson for advanced tax solutions both within the organization and to external stakeholders. To qualify, you should have over 10 years of experience in the wealth advisory space, with a proven history of creating advanced tax solutions. Experience with a large-scale wealth management platform or RIA aggregator is essential, along with familiarity in tax-aware portfolio construction tools and direct indexing platforms. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical abilities, and adeptness in managing complex initiatives will excel in this role. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
