Deliver skilled physical therapy services based on physician orders Assess patient mobility and develop customized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to restore strength, balance, and range of motion Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercises Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress Travel as needed to assigned per diem locations Requirements:
Active California Physical Therapist license Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Minimum 1 year of recent clinical or rehab experience BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Why Work in Los Altos, CA?
