Clearance: TS/SCI clearance is required with active poly Key Role: Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients. Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real-world military capabilities. Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames. Ensure accurate representation of real-world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices. Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a wargame designer Experience with DoD or interagency partners Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames Active TS/SCI Clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field Additional Qualifications: Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars Benefits at Sentar: Our unique ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
