Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up
Build rapport and engage with potential customers to understand their needs
Provide accurate information about vehicle options, promotions, and dealership services
Highlight product features and value to help customers make informed decisions
Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system
Work collaboratively with sales consultants and other dealership departments
Stay current on Ford products, promotions, and market trends
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service preferred—automotive or BDC experience is a plus
Experience in a call center setting, minimum of two years, is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional phone and email presence
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to adapt to changing sales processes and dealership technologies
Must pass pre-employment background screening
