Job responsibilities
Learning and Development is a team within the HR Division and part of the Global Talent Team, with the aim to transform Moet Hennessy into a Learning organization, from cultural, strategic and operational perspectives. As part of its ambition, the team is looking for a 6 month intern, with a highly strategic and exceptional entrepreneurial mindset, excellent project management and analytical skills, and an attitude rooted in positivity and curiosity, someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to building the Future of Learning at Moët Hennessy. The duration of the internship is 6 months, ideally starting in November 2024 (with some flexibility on the precise date), with a possible extension as an apprentice if the candidate is qualified for this position. Your Mission Our mission is to help the organization growing with purpose and learning to build together the Future of Luxury Wines & Spirits. As part of our Mission, we want to create a empowering learning environment, where employees can explore growth pathways through seamless learning journeys and experiences, supported by collective knowledge, peer to peer learning and communities . Work closely with the Global Learning & Development and Talent team to roll out the MH Talent strategy and initiatives and ensure consistency of vision and roll out at global and local level. Among the key initiatives, to play a critical role in supporting: Support in the drive of yearly talent initiatives Roll out of development programs for Senior Executives, Managers, and employees at MH Community engagement, management, and communication. In addition, contribute on: Creation of the yearly learning calendar strategy and planning. Creation of Learning analytics and data reporting with a focus on how to leverage them to drive actions. Preparation of the live L&D and Talent workshops. Provide the Global Talent team with any additional support and coordination as required. Working relationships : Internal : L&D Community Across MH Talent Acquisition and Management teams Functions, Business and Maisons stakeholders External : Third Parties Learning stakeholders (Universities, learning center, learning experts) Profile
Education & experience: College Education in Business Management / Strategy/ Organisational Languages: Master of English and French language with proven copywriting & written communication skills Personal & interpersonal skills: Strategic, design thinking, problem-solving mindset and skills Superior Project Management Skills Exceptional analytical skills Entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude Result-oriented with ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Digital and tech savviness Emphatic, team player and eager to work with an international and diverse learning community Excellent power point and advanced excel skills Additional information
