Position Summary
What you'll do...
Lead Process Improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses in an area within a Distribution Center according to Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System (WPS).
Deliver expected functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and by creating standard work to reduce process variation.
Assist with the review and response of process improvement projects owned by area managers.
Apply new Network One Best Way playbooks and provide input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities.
Lead savings projects within the area of responsibility by taking loss out of the process.
Promote and support company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Assist with the tactical deployment of the WPS program methodology.
Manage project execution of top losses in the functional area and assist in building the capability of other area managers and associates.
Support area loss profile analysis and performance metrics; develop gap analysis to support WPS integration.
Support Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within the process area.
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities; promote continuous learning.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location); Stock.
