Our corporate office in Tulsa, OK, seeks an experienced Architectural QA/QC Leader with sharp observational skills who is capable of taking the lead role in reviewing integrated Architecture and Engineering construction documents. Strong attention to detail, experience in assembling an organized set of construction documents, and capable of performing reviews of multiple project types is a must. Ideally, this position will be located in office within an integrated A/E project team but can also be performed remotely once acquainted with our teams and our operations.

As the QA/QC Leader, your main goal will be to support design teams in delivering construction documents to Project Managers that are complete, legible, constructible, code and ADA compliant, and coordinated between disciplines . Working closely with the design teams and Project Managers, you will have a range of duties, including:
Review and markup construction documents, coordinate with team members of multiple disciplines.
Manage MDQC review schedule of multiple concurrent projects.
Train and mentor production staff on construction details, code compliance, and document standards.
Monitor and report the status of MDQC efforts across all projects.
Extensive coordination of multi-discipline construction documents, specifications, and project narratives.
Familiarity with building codes and accessibility compliance.
Bluebeam or PDF review session experience.
Familiarity with Autodesk REVIT and/or AutoCAD, MS Office, Teams, Smartsheets.
Effective oral and written communication.
Licensed architect or engineer preferred.
Observant, thorough, attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills, respectful listening to others, diplomatic, supportive and encouraging.
Organized, assertive, pro-active. Self-motivated to excel, to learn, and to guide others.
