Job Description and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python.

Design and develop Stored Procedures and UDFs in Snowflake

Manage and optimize data storage solutions on AWS, including S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Function, and RDS.

Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high‑quality data solutions.

Implement and maintain data quality and governance standards.

Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance.

Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to lead meetings with technical peers and clients regarding the solution designs.

Ability to communicate with the Business Analysts, Data Modelers, Cloud Architects, Technical Developers

Ability to lead Development teams

Primary/Mandatory Experience:

Experience building ETL data pipeline in Python using AWS services (S3, SNS, CloudWatch, Glue, Lambda, Step Function etc.) and Snowflake

Proficient in AWS Server less technologies

Technical knowledge of Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) solutions for running analytic projects on the cloud

Candidate must have hands‑on technical experience on the AWS cloud native technologies along with traditional ETL tools

Proficiency in AWS services such as, S3, RDS, Lambda and Glue.

Strong SQL with Snowflake skills, including experience with complex queries and performance tuning.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.

Strong SQL Experience is mandatory.

Design and develop in Snowflake is mandatory

DWH Experience is mandatory.

Additional Experiences: Snowflake Stored Procedure & DWH experience is a plus'

Salary Information: Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - $90000 to $95000 k /yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and determinable.
