We're currently looking for a

Project Manager

to join our team and oversee construction projects throughout Northern Illinois, primarily in Lake and Cook Counties. In this role, you’ll lead electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while cultivating long‑term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Manage electrical construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, billing, and collections.

Lead safety initiatives and ensure a culture of zero incidents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, customers, and team members.

Develop strategies to drive service expansion and growth in your region.

Forecast manpower, resource needs, and project outcomes weekly to maximize efficiency.

Act as a coach and mentor to your team – offering feedback, development plans, and performance support.

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Participate in company‑wide resource sharing to support all departments and branches.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required; a two‑ or four‑year construction‑related degree or a completed electrical apprenticeship is preferred.

5–10 years of experience in electrical construction project management.

Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes.

A proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain profitability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A leadership mindset – ready to coach, support, and inspire a team.

A positive attitude, high integrity, and a commitment to safety.
