The team is looking for an experienced
Site Reliability Engineers (Lead or Senior level and Middle level)
to support and automate the environment for hosted agents within a large-scale CI/CD infrastructure. The engineer will focus on improving reliability, performance, and automation for build and deployment systems while driving technical initiatives and mentoring others. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams to maintain and evolve infrastructure that supports continuous delivery pipelines and virtualized environments across multiple operating systems.
Tasks
Support and automate CI/CD infrastructure for hosted agents (Linux, Windows, macOS);
Migrate and optimize pipelines and workflows from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions;
Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using
Azure Bicep ,
Terraform , and
ARM Templates;
Develop and maintain canary testing systems and image-generation processes using
Packer;
Manage virtual and cloud environments (Azure IaaS/PaaS, VMware vSphere);
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues and drive long-term fixes;
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency;
Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities.
Nice to have:
Windows or macOS administration experience;
Experience with
Azure services
(Scale Sets, Key Vault, Service Principals, Storage);
Familiarity with
Git
workflows (branches, forks, PRs);
Experience designing and maintaining composite GitHub Actions.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in technical or operational roles;
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting background;
Advanced debugging and problem-solving skills;
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, preferably
GitHub Actions
or
Azure Pipelines;
Expert‑level
PowerShell and
Bash scripting
skills;
Upper‑intermediate English and strong communication abilities.
