Our Headquarters is in Lithia, Florida with operations throughout North and South America.**Procurement Intelligence Specialist****Where You’ll Work:** This is a hybrid role based out of our FishHawk office. (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL). The team has three dedicated in office days.
Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace with free coffee and tea.* Identify, reach out and report saving initiatives, through commercial and technical leverages.* Structure financial analyzes to guide the actions of the Sourcing Managers and the Buyers, listing the main costs and impacts on the business.* Carry out market analysis to identify opportunities and guide the teams in negotiations with suppliers across all Mosaic production facilities (Canada, USA, Peru, Paraguay and Brazil).* Risks monitoring for the main categories to mitigate supplies lack.* Support the development of strategic planning for the area, tracking goals and priorities in short, medium and long term.* Coordinate activities for budget of the main categories.* Working together with the business in order to understand the company's bottlenecks and direct efforts.* Implement Strategic Sourcing methodology, SWOT Analysis, Total Cost of Acquisition (TCO) and Cost Breakdown.**What you’ll need:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field.* 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field.* Knowledge about procurement tools like strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership (TCO) and cost breakdown.* Experience in market analysis, indexes and inflation.* Knowledge of finance concepts such as income statement, balance sheet, or etc.* Experience facilitating strategic projects.* Identify opportunities and suggest improvements.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.**Bonus Points if you have the following:*** Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.* Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA**What's in it for you:*** An attractive base salary + an annual incentive* 11 paid holidays each year* 401k with a company match and annual company contributions* Paid sick leave for when you need it* Paid vacation (commensurate with work experience)* A robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance* A flexible, hybrid working schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
