As a Senior/Staff level member of the R&D Engineering team, you’ll design, develop, and maintain an enterprise-grade CMS and its tooling. Indirectly, you are powering hundreds of millions of pages and applications across the globe. You will tackle the complexities of architecting and implementing new GenAI and agentic features, balancing modernization, security improvements, and maintaining a vast codebase with almost two decades of history. Thinking long term is key as there are deep technical challenges to solve requiring innovation and perseverance. You will be part of an expert team with an average tenure in the company of more than 7 years, with some nearing two decades. Working in one of our Central European offices (Prague, Brno or Bratislava) or from home on a full time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Content BU, and report to the head of engineering for Content. What will you do?

Design and deliver meaningful, production-grade features end-to-end

anchored in clear user needs and measurable business impact. Translate high-level vision and customer requirements into actionable plans, robust code and scalable solutions. Define technical specifications based on business outcomes

by working collaboratively with product managers, QA, professional services and support engineers to ensure that what we build solves a real world problem. Build & ship APIs, backend components and UIs

ensuring performance, security, backwards compatibility and maintainability at scale. Drive innovation

through feature proposals, performance improvements, automation of various tasks and through AI tooling. Design, build and ship our next generation GenAI and agentic workflows Take accountability for the robustness of your solutions

by developing comprehensive test suites and pursuing customer satisfaction. Apply your full skill stack

ranging from software engineering to prompt/context engineering to DevOps and automation best practices. Embrace and drive an iterative, agile development process : push early integrations, prototype quickly, validate solutions with internal customers and early adopters, solve problems collaboratively as they arise and continually refine your work based on real feedback. Document your solutions and learnings
