Finance & Insurance (F&I)

What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with clarity and professionalism
Secure competitive financing options by working closely with a network of trusted lenders
Analyze credit applications and conduct thorough underwriting reviews
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
Finalize all finance and insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability
Provide training and mentorship to F&I team members
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager, ideally in a high-volume dealership
Deep knowledge of F&I products, CDK a plus, credit analysis, and loan underwriting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficiency in dealership finance software and tools
