We areseeking a Board-Certified Neonatology Physician to provide 24-hour in-housecoverage at a Level IV NICU in Las Vegas, Nevada. This high-acuity NICUfeatures advanced care capabilities including ECMO, iNO, high-frequencyventilation, and therapeutic hypothermia. Providers will care for criticallyill neonates, including delivery room attendance, admissions, and intubatedpatients, within a collaborative team environment. ECMO experience is notrequired, and providers are never expected to manage ECMO patients solo.

Collaborative environment with other neonatologists and NICU staff
KeyResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive neonatal care for critically ill and high-acuity patients Attend deliveries and manage admissions of neonates, including intubated Level III/IV patients Collaborate closely with NICU team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff Participate in procedures and bedside care as appropriate Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the hospital EMR Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
Requirements:
Board Certified in Neonatology ( Board Eligible not accepted ) Active Nevada medical license or IMLC Compact eligible Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Level III NICU or higher
