showroom is ready and we're looking for a Parts Consultant! The Parts Consultant's key responsibility is to be the first point of contact with customers. They will assist in selling parts to all customers through various means such as over the counter, through the service department or on the phone. Some

Assists wholesale and retail customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Answers phone calls, take messages, redirect as needed. Provides high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Greet customers in a cheerful manner. Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered. Assists team members in selecting required parts for service repair orders and maintains stock in accordance to high use parts. Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians. Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Participates in all training programs that are made available. Keeps current on new products and product updates. Maintains professional appearance. Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 3+ Years of previous sales or customer service experience at high volume automotive store. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic, changing environment.
