R013898**The Role You Could Play**As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of initiatives across MECCA’s Digital and MarTech technology landscape. This role ensures that cross-functional teams deliver to agreed scope, quality, and timelines, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and alignment with business priorities.Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, the Delivery Manager provides oversight of delivery practices, manages dependencies, and fosters a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. The role requires a balance of structured management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.In this role, you will:* Lead the ongoing delivery of Martech and Personalisation initiatives* Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers, Data Teams, Technology, Marketing, and other business units to align on priorities, timelines, and success measures* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams to ensure successful outcomes* Lead prioritisation and resource planning across competing initiatives* Participate in feasibility assessments and solutioning for initiatives to ensure outcomes and timelines are met* Facilitate workshops, showcases, and ceremonies to maintain visibility and engagement* Provide transparent reporting and communication to senior stakeholders* Build high-performing teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving* Create and maintain delivery artefacts (roadmaps, milestones, run sheets, reporting dashboards)* Influence and support cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and shared accountability**What You Will Bring*** Proven experience in delivery management of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in retail or digital/MarTech* Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, with ability to adapt practices to fit business needs* Strong background in Digital and eCommerce* Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities* Skilled communicator, able to influence and build trust across technical and non-technical audiences* Experienced in dependency and risk management across multiple initiatives* Commercially minded, with a focus on value delivery and outcomes* Collaborative leader who thrives in matrixed, cross-functional environments* Tertiary qualification in Business, Project/Program Management, Information Systems, Business Analysis or equivalent experience* 6+ years in delivery leadership, program/project management, or similar roles* Demonstrated success in delivering digital, technology, or customer-focused initiatives**Your Life At MECCA**Whilst we are singularly focused on our #CustomerFirstmantra, we know thatwouldn’tbe possible without an incredible team that is guided by our MECCA values and motivated each and every day to be solutions focused, innovative, collaborative and adaptable, and have a bit of fun along the way!Some of our other team member benefits include:* Professional development programs and first-class digitised learning offering* Health and well-being initiatives* Reward and recognition programs* Generous discount to spoil yourselves and your immediate family, as well as a generous product allowance, subject to company policy*Benefits are subject to company policy, as updated from time to time.*There are also so many other ways in whichyou’llbe made to feel part of the MECCA story as we love to celebrate, surprise and delight our team along the way.To learn more about life at MECCA Brands, follow us on LinkedIn at
