What We’re Doing Our team, Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) - Global team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.
The Work
Responsible for the development, configuration control, deployment, and testing of Radiant Mercury Configuration (including Rules) with a primary emphasis on Common Data Services (CDS) integration.
Ensure seamless CDS implementation, configuration, and maintenance, and may be required to travel to remote locations to perform CDS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting in accordance with Program configuration management processes.
Integrating JEMINI Lab test suites in our development and test environments.
Assisting software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues; develop configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems.
Creating and modifying scripts to perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data.
Troubleshooting both test and prototype issues; develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary, and represent the Integration team.
Automating scripting to configure and maintaining remote hosts.
Please Note:
This position requires a DoD government security clearance at the Top Secret level prior to starting.
The role may involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.

Basic Qualifications
An Active DoD Final TS Clearance is required prior to starting
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex system issues
Knowledge of virtualized environments, including configuration and management
Experience with software testing and integration of system components within test environments
Familiarity with security design and implementation principles
Desired Skills
Experience with Common Data Services (CDS) Integration
Experience with deployment, configuration control, deployment and testing of Radiant Mercury Configuration (including Rules)
Advanced experience working with Linux operating Systems
Proficiency in bash and Python scripting
High-level understanding of automation concepts and implementation
Proven experience with Ansible or other automation tools
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
