As Contract Support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of FM contracts, providing essential administrative and financial support to both the Contract Manager and wider operational team. This is a varied and fast-paced role with opportunities to progress within a leading organisation. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive administrative and financial support to the contract team Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reporting Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company systems and processes Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and audits Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a
Contract Support
or
FM administration
role Strong financial and administrative skills (experience with CAFM systems desirable) Excellent communication and organisational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) A proactive and collaborative approach to work What’s on Offer
