We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our established construction litigation practice. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to transition out of traditional insurance defense work and expand into complex construction litigation within a tight-knit, supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy under partner supervision Manage assigned cases from inception through resolution with support from senior attorneys Draft pleadings, correspondence, and reports for clients and carriers Participate in client communications and business development opportunities
Qualifications:
J.D. and active, good-standing license to practice law in Utah 2+ years of experience civil litigation experience Interest in learning and growing within the field of construction litigation Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment
