Jobot is partnering with a growing international organization who's launching US operations and adding to their team. They're looking for a dynamic Staff Accountant to join their group. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts Responsible for posting of accounting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger. Update cash book daily and report daily bank balance to Management. Preparation of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Register. Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including reconciliation of intercompany accounts, Bank Reconciliations and Supplier Payment Runs Preparation of tax returns Provide support to the Finance Manager with the Group, statutory audits and other compliance reporting Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts Staff Expenses Review
If you have a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, 1+ years of progressive, full cycle accounting experience (public accounting preferred but not required), are exceptionally communicative and accountable, possess excellent technical skills, are organized, detailed and able to meet tight deadlines as well as enjoy working in a diverse and fast paced environment than this could be a great opportunity for you.
