Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and rebuild work on motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving 480V systems, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and PLC-assisted equipment Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair complex equipment Utilize welding, fabrication, and machining skills to perform in-house repairs and equipment modifications Adhere to strict safety protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance department
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in steel, heavy manufacturing, or related environments Strong working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment Proven track record of reliability and high-quality workmanship
