Perform full inspections including first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Measure and record dimensions using micrometers, calipers, gages, and digital equipment
Review process certifications and ensure conformance to blueprints and specs
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support customer quality requirements and ensure documentation accuracy
Requirements
A.S. degree in engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of aerospace inspection experience
Hands-on experience with GE Aviation and Raytheon (Collins/Pratt) customers
Knowledge of FAI, PPAP, ECAV, and supplier portal submissions
Familiar with DFAR, ITAR, and Flight Safety critical processes (ESA, VSE, SPS)
