Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of concrete materials testing and quality control procedures in the Boise area Lead and mentor the QC team to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer needs and technical inquiries Conduct detailed reviews of project specifications and contribute to bidding strategies Interface with clients, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues Perform cost analysis of Ready Mix and Aggregate products for design optimization Maintain a detailed Quality Management System Manage Laboratory and Field Technicians, including coordination of daily sampling, testing, and reporting. Duties may require intermittent travel and regional coordination for unique concrete operations

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 20+ years of experience Proven management experience leading technical or operational teams Demonstrated sales experience in the ready mix concrete industry Strong proficiency in specification review and bidding operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Certification in ACI, ASTM, or other relevant standards Familiarity with mix design optimization and performance-based specifications Experience with quality management systems and laboratory accreditation
