Will needed documented experience with management
CNOR Required & must have at least 2 years of previous perioperative & surgical management experience MUST BE EXPERIENCE WITH - Must be strong in Ortho trauma Total joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Reverse Shoulders) Scope system do they use? Vascular (Fem Pop, AAA, AV fistula, Thrombectomies GYN- Hysteroscopy, ABD/Vaginal/Lap assisted Hysterectomy, Cystectomy General-Lap find out if the candidate is comfortable running the camera. Colorectal hemicolectomy, Hepatic resections? ENT (if no eyes its ok to still approve) Peds t&a and tubes Urology; Prostatectomy lap vs open, TURP, Stents, Cystos Bariatrics Spine (neuro and ortho) Do they do Ant/Post spines if so which table?. No cranies, yes burr hole, subdural hematoma, ..... ). Trauma (No burns, yes gunshot, stabbing, multibone trauma) No CV
Facility starting Thoracic but none on call so ok to approve if weak in thoracic experience
