*Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license ? Required

*BLS, ACLS- Required

Floating Requirements: None

RTO Restrictions: Unit manager?s approval required

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.

Special Requirements:? -Inpatient dialysis experience required -Aqua caddy RO -Fresenius T-Bluestar
