We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales managers and representatives. Analyze sales performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategies. Identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Implement best practices in sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of sales leadership experience. Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a high-growth or startup environment. Familiarity with tools or platforms. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise-level clients.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
