As an Overnight Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our depot, driving performance metrics and cost management processes to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading day-to-day depot operations while supporting supervisors to achieve quality and budget goals.
• Monitoring budget and operational metrics; diagnosing and improving processes for better performance.
• Implementing safety measures and ensuring compliance with Company, OSHA, and other relevant standards.
• Conducting thorough root cause investigations for all incidents and providing consistent follow-up.
• Managing personnel needs including recruitment, coaching, discipline, training, and performance evaluation.
• Setting short-term and long-term goals in collaboration with management.
• Participating in P&L reviews to meet budget objectives; optimizing equipment and labor costs.
• Engaging with local agencies to improve customer satisfaction and negotiate contracts.
• Resolving employee and labor relations issues in collaboration with various functional groups.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly supervising five full-time employees.
• Indirectly supervising around 100 full-time employees.

What It Takes to Join Us?

You should possess:

• An Associate degree or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• A solid background in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in operations, customer service, community relations, health and safety, budgeting, and human resources.

What We Offer:
