Job Summary

Wash dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans using machine; perform manual cleaning methods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks of dish machine.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other large cooking containers by hand.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and deliver them to appropriate areas.
• Fill and empty sinks with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Perform other general restaurant cleaning duties as directed.
• Wipe up spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must stand, bend, climb, lift, kneel, reach & push repeatedly.
• Tolerate strong and pungent cleaning products.

Requirements

• Shift: Hours may be late afternoon and nights, including weekends & holidays.
• Age: Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
