Key Responsibilities
Administer everyday office functions including reception, correspondence, and filing.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Provide administrative support to team members and management.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding new employees.
Supervise office maintenance and monitor health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office and office software applications.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
