About Our Client Our client is an innovative healthcare organization that plays a key role in supporting the Milwaukee community. Youll join a dynamic Emergency Medicine department of 125 team members - a fun, collaborative, and energetic group that truly values teamwork. This is an on-site position in a professional, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Department Chair and Department Administrator of Emergency Medicine. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and departmental communications. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools such as Workday or Concur.
Desired Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Calm, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Professional, polished demeanor and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience in healthcare or academic medicine preferred!
Salary Range: $26
$30/hour
