Travel Radiation Therapist - $2,991 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiation Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/23/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Radiation Therapist Location: Portland, OR 97225 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM) Job Responsibilities: Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols. Perform patient positioning, setup verification, and operate treatment units such as Elekta Infinity and Versa HD. Conduct pretreatment simulations, custom molds, and tumor localization as needed. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with radiation safety standards. Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists to optimize treatment plans. Participate in quality assurance and equipment calibration procedures. Educate patients and families about treatment processes and post-treatment care. Required: ARRT (R) BLS Active State License (Oregon) Minimum 1 year of recent Radiation Therapy experience. Epic charting experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience preferred. Travelers may float between sister facilities if required.
